Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Crafty Cruise Getaway. By registering for and attending the workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Registration and Cruise Booking

1.1 Workshop Registration: By registering for the Crafty Cruise Getaway, participants are solely registering for the crafting workshops and associated activities. Regarding the workshops offered, we encourage you to direct any questions or inquiries to Crafty Cruise Getaway at craftycruisegetaway@gmail.com or you may text or leave a message at 706-810-6552. Our dedicated team will be delighted to provide you with detailed information and assist you further.

1.2 Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your workshop registration, the following refund policy will apply:

• Cancellation before September 15, 2024: Participants will receive a full refund of the workshop fees.
• Cancellation between September 15, 2024, and December 1, 2024: Participants will receive a refund of 50% of the workshop fees.
• Cancellation on or after December 1, 2024: No refunds will be issued.

1. Withdrawal, Service Cancellation, and Financial Transactions

2.1 Withdrawal from Services: We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any workshop or service without prior notice. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund for the canceled workshop(s).

2.2 Financial Transactions: All workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment methods and instructions will be provided during the registration process. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be clearly communicated before completing the transaction.

3.1 Information Errors and Website Downtime: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website or promotional materials. Participants acknowledge that occasional errors or website downtime may occur and agree that we shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or losses arising from such occurrences.

1. Copyright Rules

4.1 Attribution and Use: Participants acknowledge and respect the copyright rules of all workshop materials and content provided during the event. Unless otherwise specified, participants may use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and must provide proper attribution to the original creators.

4.2 Adaptation and Commercial Use: Participants shall not adapt, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any copyrighted materials shared during the event without obtaining prior written permission from the rightful owners.

1. User Behavior and Account Management

5.1 Prohibited Behavior: Participants must engage in lawful, respectful, and responsible behavior during the event. Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, or any other form of disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund, and user accounts may be disabled or suspended.

1. Additional Protection Measures

6.1 Release of Liability: Participants acknowledge that they voluntarily attend the event and assume all risks associated with their participation. We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

6.2 Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of their participation in the event or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6.3 Photography and Media Release: Participants acknowledge and agree that photographs or videos may be taken during the event, and they grant us the right to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

7.1 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
